Official Declaration

Under the authority of the Blue Cross & Blue Crescent Movement (BC), in recognition of humanitarian commitment, professional skills, and voluntary dedication, MAJD ALİ is hereby officially appointed and installed as a Volunteer of the Syrian Arab Blue Crescent Society, an affiliated national society under the International Federation of Blue Cross & Blue Crescent Societies (IFBC).
This appointment is made in accordance with the humanitarian principles of neutrality, independence, and service to humanity and is recognized under international humanitarian law.

Roles & Responsibilities

Humanitarian Aid & Relief Work – Providing support during humanitarian crises, including medical assistance, disaster response, and emergency care.
First Responder & Medical Assistance – Assisting in medical aid, first-aid response, and community healthcare programs.
Disaster Preparedness & Risk Reduction – Engaging in emergency planning, search and rescue operations, and training communities for disaster resilience.
Advocacy & Awareness – Promoting human rights, public health, and disaster awareness campaigns at a national and international level.
Community Engagement & Social Impact – Supporting local and international humanitarian missions to ensure safer, healthier communities.

Legal & Official Recognition

This appointment is made under the official mandate of the Blue Cross & Blue Crescent Movement (BC), an internationally recognized humanitarian organization.
BC operates under UN-ECOSOC Special Consultative Status, affiliated with UN DESA & accredited by the European Union (europa.eu).
The appointed volunteer is bound by the core humanitarian principles of neutrality, impartiality, and humanity.
This appointment is valid for the lifetime of the bearer unless revoked due to policy violations or termination of service.
