1. ICBC Ambassador & Anti-Human Trafficking and Human Rights Activist Dr. Shadan Ali Ahmed is officially appointed as the ICBC Ambassador & Anti-Human Trafficking and Human Rights Activist under the International Committee of the Blue Cross & Blue Crescent (ICBC). In this prestigious role, he is entrusted with:
✅ Leading global initiatives to combat human trafficking and promote human rights.
✅ Representing the International Committee of the Blue Cross & Blue Crescent (ICBC) at national and international forums.
✅ Advocating for legal reforms and social protection for victims of trafficking and human rights violations.
✅ Strengthening diplomatic relations with governments, IGOs, and NGOs to support global anti-trafficking efforts.
2. Program Director – IFBC Iraqi Blue Crescent Society
As a Program Director, Dr. Shadan Ali Ahmed will:
🔹 Oversee and implement humanitarian programs in Iraq under the IFBC framework.
🔹 Ensure the execution of social justice, healthcare, education, and disaster response programs.
🔹 Lead strategic partnerships with international stakeholders to enhance the reach and effectiveness of humanitarian missions.
🔹 Monitor and evaluate the impact of programs in alignment with IFBC’s global standards.
3. Delegate to the Global Committee of ICBC
As an official delegate, he will:
📌 Serve as a liaison between the ICBC Global Leadership and the Iraqi Blue Crescent Society.
📌 Align national initiatives with the global mandate of ICBC.
📌 Advocate for the protection of vulnerable communities and ensure compliance with international human rights standards.
