On behalf of the Blue Cross & Blue Crescent movement (BC) and the International Federation of Blue Cross and Blue Crescent Societies (IFBC), we are pleased to officially appoint KUO-WEI CHEN as:
1. Global Volunteer - Health & Education Activists
2. Delegate to the Global Committee of BC
3. Representative of the IFBC China Blue Cross Society
This appointment recognizes KUO-WEI CHENas a committed volunteer and leader within the Blue Cross & Blue Crescent movement, contributing to health, education, and humanitarian advocacy efforts globally.
Responsibilities:
1. Advocate for health and education initiatives in alignment with BC's mission.
2. Represent the China Blue Cross Society on the Global Committee.
3. Promote BC's humanitarian efforts and serve as an ambassador for its global values and principles.
This appointment is in compliance with the governance framework of BC, a non-profit organization registered under the India Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860, with Special Consultative Status at the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC).
