Subject: Appointment and Installation of Mona Dahdah
On behalf of the Blue Cross & Blue Crescent Movement (BCBCM) and the Diplomatic Corps of the Blue Cross & Blue Crescent (DCBC), we are pleased to formally appoint and install Mona Dahdah as:
1. DCBC Corps Ambassador-at-Large & Envoy
2. National Delegate to the Global Committee of DCBC for IFBC Lebanese Blue Cross Society
This appointment recognizes Mona Dahdah's exceptional dedication to humanitarian service and leadership within the global mission of the Blue Cross & Blue Crescent Movement.
Designation and Responsibilities
As DCBC Corps Ambassador-at-Large & Envoy, Mona Dahdah is authorized to:
1. Represent the IFBC Lebanese Blue Cross Society on the global stage.
2. Advocate for and promote the humanitarian values and mission of the Blue Cross & Blue Crescent Movement.
3. Coordinate diplomatic engagements and build international partnerships to strengthen humanitarian efforts.
4. Provide executive administrative support for the India Consulate Office of the Blue Cross & Blue Crescent Movement.
Organizational Recognition
The Blue Cross & Blue Crescent Movement is a globally recognized humanitarian organization with:
• Special Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) since 2024.
• Registration under the Central Government of India Act XXI of 1860 (Regd No: S-E/682/2015).
• Accreditation with UN-DESA and the European Union (PIC No: 891184785).
Legal Authority
The organization respectfully requests all concerned authorities to extend full cooperation, assistance, and protection to Mona Dahdah in her official duties as DCBC Corps Ambassador-at-Large & Envoy.
