1. National Director:
MOSTAFA SARAH ELDIN is hereby appointed as the Director - Development, with the authority to oversee, supervise, and execute all operations, projects, and humanitarian activities under the jurisdiction of the IFBC Egyptian Blue Crescent Society. His role includes ensuring compliance with the statutory obligations, objectives, and regulations outlined by the IFBC Charter and Constitution.
2. IFBC Ambassador:
In his capacity as IFBC Ambassador, MOSTAFA SARAH ELDIN is entrusted to represent the IFBC in national and international forums, engage with governments, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), stakeholders, and other partners, and advocate for the mission and vision of the Blue Cross & Blue Crescent Movement.
3. Regional Delegate to IFBC:
As a Regional Delegate, MOSTAFA SARAH ELDIN is empowered to liaise between the IFBC global leadership and national entities, ensuring alignment with IFBC’s mandate to provide humanitarian relief, disaster response, and community-based assistance programs.
4. Duties and Responsibilities:
o Act as a custodian of IFBC’s core values: Neutrality, Humanity, Independence, and Voluntary Service.
o Strengthen national humanitarian projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently, transparently, and in compliance with the movement's international standards.
o Promote and uphold international humanitarian law, human rights, and community welfare through advocacy, programs, and policy implementation.
o Facilitate the creation of partnerships and mobilization of resources to support IFBC humanitarian goals.
This appointment is made under the authority vested in the Blue Cross & Blue Crescent Movement, as a registered non-profit and charitable organization accredited with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC), European Union, and other international regulatory bodies.

The appointment is subject to the following:
• Compliance with the IFBC Charter and Blue Cross & Blue Crescent Movement’s Constitution.
• Adherence to all local, national, and international laws governing non-profit and humanitarian activities.
• Observance of the principles set forth by the International Committee of the Blue Cross & Blue Crescent (ICBC) and the International Federation (IFBC).
