Issuance of ID card is not automatic and remains subject to organizational discretion.
All volunteers must adhere strictly to the Movement’s ethical standards, humanitarian principles, and operational guidelines. Misconduct, misuse of identity, or violation of policies may result in immediate suspension or termination of volunteer status.
