🔹 Official Proceedings:

A duly convened meeting was conducted with authorised volunteers and members of the Blue Cross & Blue Crescent Movement to deliberate on strategic humanitarian initiatives and grassroots implementation plans within Assam State.

The meeting was held in a structured and participatory manner, ensuring inclusive dialogue and collective decision-making.

🔹 Key Agenda & Resolutions:

✔️ Humanitarian Assistance Framework:

Discussion on structured support mechanisms for economically weaker and vulnerable communities.

✔️ Health Initiatives:

Planning of community-based health awareness programs, preventive care campaigns, and basic support services.

✔️ Education Development Programs:

Focus on identifying talented students from underprivileged backgrounds and introducing Smart Learning Support Systems.

✔️ Awareness Campaigns:

Execution of social awareness drives on health, education, and community welfare at grassroots level.

✔️ Volunteer Expansion Strategy:

Resolution to appoint minimum one male and one female volunteer in each Gram Panchayat to ensure gender-balanced representation and outreach.

✔️ Social Welfare Initiative:

Preliminary discussion on organizing Samuhik Vivah (Mass Marriage Program) to support economically disadvantaged families, especially for girls.

🔹 Volunteer Participation:

The meeting was attended by several authorised volunteers including:

  • Rekhamoni Das Tanti
  • Sanjana Bhuyan Das
  • Along with other dedicated volunteers and community members

All attending volunteers were formally encouraged to actively participate and collaborate in the implementation of the above-mentioned projects.
