politically neutral humanitarian response agency committed to protecting life, dignity and
human rights across borders.
Headquartered in New Delhi, India, and operating through an expanding international network
of National Societies, humanitarian corps and global partners, BC stands as a unified force for
emergency response, healthcare access, disaster resilience and humanitarian advocacy.
With
UN-ECOSOC
Special Consultative Status, international cooperation frameworks and
structured constitutional governance, the Movement actively contributes to global
humanitarian dialogue while delivering direct impact on the ground.

Humanitarian Medicine & Emergency Response
Through our Medical Corps and trained First Responders, we deliver emergency medical care,
first aid, trauma response and humanitarian relief in disaster zones and underserved
communities.
🌪 Disaster Management & Preparedness
From risk reduction training to search & rescue and post-disaster recovery, we help communities prepare for, withstand and recover from crises.
⚖ Human Rights & Advocacy
We advocate for dignity, equality and justice through structured humanitarian diplomacy and policy engagement at national and international levels.
🏛 Cultural & Heritage Protection
Through our Heritage4Humanity (H4H) initiative, we safeguard cultural identity and traditional heritage in regions affected by conflict, disaster and displacement.
Volunteer Mobilization & Capacity Building
Our strength lies in our people. We train, mobilize and empower volunteers, medics, rescuers, activists and community leaders to serve professionally and ethically.
