The Blue Cross & Blue Crescent Movement accepts voluntary contributions to support neutral,
lawful, and humanitarian activities carried out in accordance with its governing constitution,
statutes, and applicable domestic and international standards.
All donations are applied strictly for humanitarian, charitable, institutional, and capacitybuilding purposes, and are subject to internal governance, financial oversight, and applicable
law.
LEGAL STATUS & UN DISCLAIMER
The Blue Cross & Blue Crescent Movement is a non-profit, charitable, and humanitarian movement operating in accordance with its Memorandum of Association, governing frameworks, and applicable domestic law.
The Movement holds Special Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC).
This status does not imply United Nations funding, endorsement, certification, supervision, or operational control.
Donations made through this platform do not constitute contributions to the United Nations, any UN body, or any government.
PURPOSE OF DONATIONS
Donations may be utilised for, including but not limited to:
Allocation of funds is determined by institutional priorities, compliance requirements, and humanitarian need.
NO ENTITLEMENT / NO REFUND / NO INFLUENCE CLAUSE
All donations are voluntary and non-refundable.
No donor shall, by virtue of making a donation:
Donations do not create any contractual, fiduciary, agency, employment, or partnership relationship with the Movement.
