Declaration of Humanitarian Commitment (Sec 5)

• I support humanitarian values.
• I shall uphold neutrality, impartiality and independence.
• I shall not misuse the name, emblem, designation or identity of the organization.
• I shall follow the Constitution, Statutes, Policies and Code of Conduct of the Movement.

Appointment Terms (Sec 6)

• Membership does not automatically guarantee appointment.
• Appointment to Ambassador or Director positions is subject to review and approval.
• Designations may be suspended or withdrawn for misconduct, misrepresentation or violation of organizational policies.
• All representatives must maintain the dignity and reputation of the organization.

UN Ground Pass Eligibility Declaration (Sec 7)

• Certain Ambassador-level representatives may be considered for nomination to participate in authorized United Nations-related activities.
• Any nomination for access to UN Headquarters facilities, including New York, Geneva or Vienna, remains subject to organizational authorization and applicable United Nations procedures.
• Membership, identity cards, certificates, appointment letters or ambassadorial titles do not automatically guarantee issuance of a UN Ground Pass.
• Final approval for any UN facility access remains with the relevant United Nations authorities.
