OFFICIAL APPOINTMENT & HUMANITARIAN IDENTIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENT
DEEPAK SINGH APPOINTED AS FOUNDING DIRECTOR – AMERICAN BLUE CROSS SOCIETY (USA)
The International Federation of Blue Cross & Blue Crescent Societies (IFBC), operating under the Blue Cross & Blue Crescent Movement, is pleased to officially announce the appointment of Mr. Deepak Singh as the Founding Director of the American Blue Cross Society (USA) and the issuance of his Official Humanitarian Identification Credentials.
This appointment has been made in recognition of his commitment toward humanitarian service, organizational development, volunteer coordination, international cooperation and the advancement of humanitarian initiatives within the United States of America.
Mr. Deepak Singh has been duly authorized to assist in the establishment, coordination and organizational development processes of the American Blue Cross Society (ABCS) under the international operational framework of the Blue Cross & Blue Crescent Movement and in accordance with the objectives and humanitarian principles of the International Federation of Blue Cross & Blue Crescent Societies (IFBC).
As Founding Director, Mr. Deepak Singh shall support humanitarian networking, volunteer mobilization, emergency preparedness awareness, public outreach and institutional development activities within the United States while promoting the humanitarian mission and values of the Movement “For All Humanity.”
The Official Humanitarian Identification Card issued to Mr. Deepak Singh serves as an internal organizational credential confirming his recognized humanitarian role and authorized association with the Blue Cross & Blue Crescent Movement. The credential is issued solely for lawful humanitarian, administrative and organizational purposes and does not confer diplomatic status, governmental authority, diplomatic immunity, special privileges, immigration benefits or representation of the United Nations.
The Blue Cross & Blue Crescent Movement remains firmly committed to transparency, humanitarian neutrality, accountability, volunteerism and lawful international cooperation. Any misuse, forgery, unauthorized reproduction or misrepresentation of organizational credentials, titles, affiliations or humanitarian status shall be considered a violation of organizational policy and may result in immediate termination of affiliation and appropriate legal action where applicable.
The International Federation further confirms that:
“Blue Cross & Blue Crescent Society” is the legally registered entity operating under the laws of India.
“Blue Cross & Blue Crescent Movement” represents the international operational framework of the organization.
The organization operates independently as a humanitarian non-profit entity and maintains Special Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (UN-ECOSOC) since 2024.
The International Federation congratulates Mr. Deepak Singh on this important humanitarian responsibility and welcomes his contribution toward strengthening humanitarian service, international solidarity and community resilience in the United States of America.
