The International Command of the Blue Cross & Blue Crescent Corps (ICBC-Corps) is the uniformed humanitarian command of the Blue Cross & Blue Crescent Movement, providing operational leadership, emergency coordination, humanitarian preparedness, and community response capabilities through professionally organized volunteer corps operating across national, regional, and local structures.

Working in support of the humanitarian objectives of the Movement, ICBC-Corps develops disciplined, well-trained, and mission-ready humanitarian personnel capable of responding to emergencies, disasters, humanitarian crises, public health incidents, environmental emergencies, and community resilience initiatives.
