The International Cooperation of the Blue Cross & Blue Crescent (InCoBC) serves as the international cooperation and partnership platform of the Blue Cross & Blue Crescent Movement. It promotes humanitarian diplomacy, strategic partnerships, institutional cooperation, and collaborative action among governments, intergovernmental organizations, civil society, academia, humanitarian agencies, private sector partners, and communities worldwide.
Working in cooperation with national, regional, and international partners, InCoBC supports humanitarian initiatives, sustainable development, emergency preparedness, disaster risk reduction, capacity-building, peacebuilding, public health, environmental protection, education, human rights, and community resilience.
As part of a humanitarian movement holding United Nations ECOSOC Special Consultative Status, InCoBC actively encourages international cooperation to strengthen humanitarian action and support global awareness through international observances, conferences, campaigns, training programmes, technical cooperation, and humanitarian partnerships.
