Established in their respective countries in accordance with national legislation and humanitarian principles, these National Societies serve as the primary humanitarian response organizations working directly with communities before, during, and after emergencies.

As members of the global Blue Cross & Blue Crescent Movement, National Societies are committed to protecting human life, reducing suffering, strengthening community resilience, promoting public health, advancing humanitarian diplomacy, and supporting sustainable development through impartial, independent, and volunteer-driven humanitarian action.
