The Blue Cross & Blue Crescent Movement is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. MAMTA GOSWAMI as BLOCK COMMUNITY WELFARE COMMANDER under the Durg Divisional Command, Chhattisgarh Blue Cross, serving within the International Command of the Blue Cross & Blue Crescent Corps (ICBC-Corps).
In this important leadership role, she will support community welfare initiatives, humanitarian outreach activities, volunteer engagement, community coordination, and local support programs aimed at strengthening social well-being and resilience at the grassroots level.
Her appointment reflects the Movement’s commitment to empowering local humanitarian leadership and enhancing community-based welfare services that promote dignity, inclusion, compassion, and sustainable development.
As a member of a humanitarian movement holding Special Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC), she joins a global network of dedicated humanitarian leaders and volunteers working to serve vulnerable communities and advance humanitarian values worldwide.
